A gentle way to experience and pass on the best to your baby during pregnancy, to prepare for a peaceful birth and to welcome the baby.

A complete programme in 9 sessions for the birth.
The mother-to-be will use specific techniques to fully experience this wonderful stage of life. She will take into account her physical, psychological, emotional, energetic and spiritual dimensions which evolve throughout the pregnancy.

The pregnant woman is guided in an individual session and is introduced to relaxation, breathing, visualisation and meditation techniques. These techniques are useful throughout her pregnancy and for her delivery.

To free oneself during pregnancy from fears, stress and negative emotions that can arise during this very special time.
Learn to relax, to free yourself from physical tensions, parasitic thoughts and fatigue.
Learn to recover, to sleep better, to experience time of deep connection with your baby and prepare for a serene birth.

Recover fully from childbirth and find your full energy when you return home with baby. This training will allow the mother to take time out with her baby when she returns home. To find her own rhythm and a fulfilled sexuality.
This support does not replace the preparation for birth with a health professional. It complements the work done with the midwife.

PRE OR POST NATAL PILATES / CHILDBIRTH PREPARATION

The Pre and Post Natal Pilates classes are adapted throughout the pregnancy. These are traditional Pilates exercises adapted to the physiology and morphology of the pregnant woman.

Pre Natal Pilates prepares the body and mind for childbirth through strengthening, breathing and relaxation exercises.

For example, breathing exercises aim to relax - physically and mentally - and to strengthen the abdominal and pelvic muscles.
This brings greater awareness of the body and muscles, as well as mental relaxation.
The sessions aim to relax the pelvis and back while strengthening the deep muscles of the abdomen and back.
It also helps to develop good posture and reduce back pain.
Practising pre-natal Pilates will also be useful for the return to sport which will be facilitated in the post-partum period. This is due to the body's knowledge and memory. In addition, the fact of using the body correctly - when carrying the baby for example - protects against certain pains.

STRENGTHENING THE DEEP ABDOMINAL MUSCLES

Gentle strengthening exercises target the deep muscles - abdominal, perineal, back - that are used during childbirth and often damaged after childbirth.
These movements are important for muscle tone and good posture. Once acquired, this good posture will be a precious asset when resuming sport or carrying the baby.

PILATES BREATHING TECHNIQUES

These techniques allow you to acquire a better awareness of your body and to control your breath in preparation for childbirth.
Taming your breath allows you to relax and unwind your body and mind.
In addition, breathing techniques help you to feel and be more aware of the muscles involved in childbirth.

RELAXATION
