Shiatsu
A Japanese therapy, Shiatsu is recognized in Japan as a medicine in its own right since 1954.
Shiatsu massage is practiced dressed.
Pressure is applied with the thumb and palms along the meridians to circulate energy.
It is a tonic massage that improves blood circulation, relieves joint pain and muscular tension.
Under the pressure of the fingers, stress is dissipated, nerves are soothed and the body's blocked energy flows more easily.
The treatments are deep and aim at harmonizing the vital energy of our wonderful body mechanism.
Shiatsu stimulates the acupuncture points that show a lack of energy (jitsu) and frees those that have accumulated too much (kyo). It really puts the finger where it hurts. It treats the causes of the problem while relieving the symptoms. It is a tonic and invigorating massage.
It is a wellness and therapeutic treatment that works on blockages in the emotional and physical system.
Tui Na massage is one of the five pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It uses different techniques and can be done on the skin - previously oiled - with the help of the palm, wrist, thumb, fingers and forearm.
Massage that acts in depth, stimulates the immune system, reduces muscle stiffness.
It is a "health" massage, with a therapeutic aim, and not a soft massage like the traditional Californian or Polynesian. It helps to revitalize the body.
The aim is to regulate the body's energy in order to nourish all the tissues and organs of the body. It also acts on the skin, endocrine and digestive systems, which it helps to regulate.
Moxibustion

Moxibustion consists of heating an area or a point located on a meridian, using a "little cigar" made of mugwort flower.
This allows the circulation of energy to be revived by making the heat penetrate deep into the body.

Cupping has been part of the basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine for more than 2000 years.
It allows to relax, drain, and detoxify the body. It stimulates blood circulation, lymph nodes and energy in the body.
The suction cups exert suction on the skin and the muscles in order to decongest and relax.
This circulation of fluids ensures the balance of the body.
It creates localized congestion that reduces pain, unblocks blockages, accelerates the recovery of tired muscles and improves tissue repair.
A word from Déborah
My name is Déborah, I am 38 years old, life has brought me on the path of these different therapies and philosophies in order to better understand and heal the body as well as the mind. My body being affected by Lyme disease, I can directly observe the benefits of the different disciplines I use :
- Yoga has allowed me to embody myself in matter and to begin to take care of the physical capital by stretching it to better refocus it
- Zen Buddhism has inked my practice with more awareness, kindness and understanding
- As for shiatsu, it led me to discover the body and its ills in another dimension, that of relieving through liberating pressure
- Chinese Medicine brings me complementary techniques as well as precious knowledge to treat more precisely the pathologies of the body
The different therapeutic methods are articulated in my care according to the needs and demands of each individual.
